Want To Be The "Go-To" PT Clinic In Your Town?

Want to be the "go-to" PT clinic in your town???
Here's one of the fastest ways to do it…
Get the most Google reviews.
These days, even if your own mother recommends a business, you're going to look them up online before calling them. It's just how things work.
Google reviews are the lifeline of your company's success…or failure.
The bottom line is this: the businesses with the most 5-star reviews get the most customers.
Let's be honest. The last time I went looking for a new restaurant to try I only considered the places which had 5-star reviews. The last time I bought something on Amazon I considered only the 4 and 5 star items. We all do it. In fact, we're pretty much conditioned to do it at this point.
Here's the thing…other review sites, such as Yelp, do not have the same perceived value as Google. Google is KING. And Google reviews are what you need to be focusing on if you want everyone calling you and NOT your competitor.
Recent studies have shown that 97% of consumers use the internet to shop LOCALLY. In other words, that means that only 3% of people AREN'T using the internet to check you out before giving you a call.
So what does this mean for your business? It means you need to be actively seeking Google reviews…constantly. That's because having RECENT reviews makes a difference too. People want to see that consumers are regularly coming to your business and giving it a 5-star rating.
This means you need to be asking past patients, current patients, and you need a system in place so it doesn't drive you crazy trying to ask for reviews all the time :)
(Check out the FREEBIE for this post where I give you a copy of the email I send to patients asking for reviews!)
Here's the one thing people forget…
Google reviews only get you so far. They build trust and establish authenticity, but it still doesn't mean someone is going to pick up the phone. In fact, people are getting less likely to pick up the phone period.
Just recently I didn't even want to pick up the phone to call Papa John's for a pizza delivery…so I ordered on the app.
Even though you can have lots of amazing Google reviews, it doesn't mean people will pick up the phone. Likely, they're going to check out your website next.
And this is where it's SUPER important to have a website that will give customers different options for getting in touch with you.
Not everyone wants to pick up the phone. Some people just want to read some of your valuable information and "think about it" for a while. Some people would prefer to fill out a form and have you call them back. The list goes on…
This is why it's so important you have a website that gives visitors different options. Otherwise, you're losing $$$!
So now that I've got you all excited to get more Google reviews, you're probably wondering what's the best way to ask patients.
I've found the best 2 ways are:
In person either in the middle or right after they've complete their plan of care.
In an email a week after discharge (see the freebie!)
I have an automated discharge sequence that asks for a review, and as part of today's post I'm giving you a copy of this email!
